1) Always enclose the proof of purchase to ensure the warranty status and to avoid invoicing.
2) Your RMA will be picked up by our forwarder DHL within three workdays and processed by M Works.
3) M Works decides which procedure will be followed, even when it concerns a DOA.
4) Please enclose the phone number of the enduser to ensure fast processing of your RMA request.

Enduser
If you are an enduser, please contact your dealer. Your dealer will take care of the RMA-procedure.
Dealer
If you are a dealer of M-Works, please fill in the RMA-form below. The confirmation and reference number of this request will be send to your mailbox. The shipment will be picked up within a couple of days by our forwarder DHL. Please use the RMA-number for further communication.
Warranty
Please note that it is NOT possible to claim warranty on repairs without uploading the proof of purchase of your costumer in this request.
If this RMA-request concerns a showroom-model: please send the invoice issued by M-Works.
